We shop at Trader Joe’s and enjoy the experience. Also, we have noticed that the employees enjoy working there. When I’m reincarnated I want to come back as a Trader Joe’s employee ;)

This last weekend we enjoyed breakfast at the Sunflour Baking Company. I enjoyed an egg, bacon, and tomato sandwich on whole wheat. Connie enjoyed an egg, ham, and avocado sandwich on a croissant.

We often take a short stroll, buy fresh fruit and salad, to complement a home cooked meal.

Today’s photo shows the YMCA on a quite Sunday afternoon. This branch is in Uptown Charlotte and is connected to the Overstreet Mall and all of the office towers. As a results on weekdays the scene is much busier.
