Today’s photo shows the loading dock under one of the office towers in Uptown Charlotte. Notice the sliver trash chute and blue trash compator on the left side of the photo. An interestingly small unit.
On a recent stroll I was surprised to see horses on Tryon. The scene is similar to a recent photo titled Dog Crossing. Both the horses and the dogs have little bit of a Beatles Abbey Road album cover feel.
Two hotels and a condo complex found in Uptown Charlotte. The condo complex is called the Madison. The condo has many distinct design features. The hotels are the Hilton Garden Inn and the Hampton Inn.
I took this photo because the evening light cast the Trademark Building in blue … It is interesting how light and shadows have such a significant impact on what we see … It is a beautify building with upscale condos which have outstanding views and in this case outstanding colors.

While on a walk, this last weekend, I took this photo at a lightrail station in the South End near Uptown Charlotte. Notice the pink building … it is one of Charlotte’s landmarks and is very interesting during the early morning sun. Those who own condo’s there have an outstanding view of Uptown Charlotte.
We are very pleased with our choice to purchase in the Ratcliffe Condos in Uptown Charlotte. We are especially pleased with the strength of the condo association and the quality of the construction. The location is also a big plus. The condos overlook a very enjoyable park called The Green, the Mint Museum and Bechtler Museum of Modern Art are across the street, and the condos are connected to the Overstreet Mall which connects buildings throughout Uptown. Also, we are very pleased that the Childress Klein WMCA is in the Overstreet Mall.
